Warriors vs. Rockets Game 3 Odds
HOUSTON, TX (TheSpread) – The Houston Rockets bring the NBA’s Western Conference Finals to their home court tonight, as they host the Golden State Warriors at 9PM ET for Game 3 of the series.
Golden State is 77-17 on the season, 32-14 on the road and 52-41-1 against the spread. Houston is 64-32 overall, 36-12 at home and 57-39 against the spread. Golden State took a 2-0 lead in the series with a 99-98 victory in Game 2. The Warriors have won all six meetings with the Rockets this season, but Houston has covered the spread in both games in this series. These two have hit the under in the two games of this series as well.
According to oddsmakers at online sports book Bovada.lv, the Warriors are the slight favorite on the road, as Golden State is getting odds of -1.5 points at Houston. The over/under total for the game has been set at 214.5 points.
The Warriors escaped with the 1-point win in Game 2 thanks to a defensive stop as the buzzer sounded. Houston has the ball and James Harden was looking to make a game-winning play, but ultimately got caught in a double team and never got a shot off before the game ended. Harden had a great game, posting 38 points with 10 rebounds and nine assists while Dwight Howard had 19 points with 17 rebounds. Golden State was led by Stephen Curry, who had 33 points with six assists.
