According to the latest oddsmakers, the Hawks are the slim favorite at home in tonight’s Game 1, as Atlanta is getting odds of -1 point against the Cavaliers. The over/under total for the game has been set at 197 points. When it comes to the prop odds for Teague, his over/under total for points+assists in Game 1 has been set at 23, while his over/under for made free throws has been set at 3.5.
Teague has been a steady presence on offense for the Hawks this season. He averaged 15.9 points, 2.5 rebounds, 7.0 assists and 1.71 steals per game during the regular season while shooting 46 percent from the field and 86 percent from the free-throw line. He averaged 3.8 free-throws made per game. In the playoffs, Teague has averaged 15.3 points, 7.4 assists, 3.2 rebounds and 1.58 steals per game. Teague is shooting just 39.9 percent from the field in the postseason and 83 percent from the line while hitting 3.3 free throws per game.
Teague has faced off with Cleveland three times this season. Back on Nov. 15, he was held to just five points with three assists and no free throws in a loss. On Dec. 30, Teague had 23 points with 11 assists and six made free throws in a 109-101 victory at home. On March 6, Teague had 16 points with three assists and two free throws in a 106-97 win at home.
