Updated NBA Championship Odds
LAS VEGAS, NV (TheSpread) – The 2015 NBA Playoffs are down to their final four teams. Here is an updated look at the odds to win the NBA Finals entering the conference finals.
According to oddsmakers at Bovada.lv, the Golden State Warriors are the clear favorite, as they have 1/2 odds. Other odds have the Cleveland Cavaliers at 12/5, the Houston Rockets at 10/1 and the Atlanta Hawks at 12/1.
The Warriors are the top seed of the four teams and in the West. Golden State disposed of New Orleans in the first round in four games and then Memphis in six in the second round. The Warriors last won the NBA Championship in 1975.
Cleveland is the second seed in the East. The Cavaliers beat the Boston Celtics in four games to start the playoffs and then topped the Chicago Bulls in six games. The Cavs have never won the NBA Finals.
Houston is the second seed in the West. The Rockets beat the Dallas Mavericks in five in the first round and then topped the Los Angeles Clippers in seven games. Houston has won the NBA Finals twice, last doing so in 1995.
Atlanta is the top seed in the East. The Hawks beat the Nets in six games and then defeated the Wizards in six. Atlanta last won the NBA Championship back in 1958.
