(TheSpread) – Two rivals collide in the NBA Eastern Conference Finals, as the Indiana Pacers meet the Miami Heat in a rematch of last year’s series. Here is a look at the odds to win this year’s series.

The Pacers come into the series as the top seed in the Eastern Conference, while the Heat are the No. 2 seed. According to oddsmakers at BetDSI, the Heat are the clear favorites to win despite not having the home-court edge. Miami has been given odds of -430 to win the series, while Indiana has a money line of +340 to win.

Indiana went 56-26 on the season to win the Central Division. The Pacers were 35-6 at home, 21-20 on the road and 38-14 in the Eastern Conference. The 35 home wins is most of any NBA team and the 38 conference wins is best in the East. Indiana scored 96.7 points per game while holding opponents to 92.3 points per contest. Indiana struggled in the opening round, going seven games to dispose of the Miami Hawks. Indiana bounced back by beating the Washington Wizards in six games in the second round.

Miami went 54-28 this season, winning the Southeast Division. The Heat were 32-9 at home, 22-19 on the road and 34-18 in conference play. Miami averaged 102.2 points per game on offense this season while allowing 97.4 points per contest defensively. The Heat disposed of the Charlotte Bobcats in four games in the first round, and then beat the Brooklyn Nets in five games to reach the conference finals.

These two teams met four times during the regular season, with all four home teams winning and each team covering the spread twice. Miami finished the four games with Indiana +8 in total points. The home team has won eight straight between these two and the two have hit the under in five of their last seven meetings. Each team is 5-5 against the spread in the last 10 games of this series.
