Rockets vs. Clippers Game 4 Odds
LOS ANGELES, CA (TheSpread) – The Los Angeles Clippers look to take a commanding lead in their series with the Houston Rockets when the two meet tonight at 8:30PM ET in Game 4.
Los Angeles is 62-30 on the season, 33-13 at home and 43-48 against the spread. Houston is 61-29 overall, 26-17 on the road and 52-38 against the spread. Los Angeles had a dominant win in Game 3 to take the 2-1 series lead on the Rockets. The Clippers have covered the spread in all three games of this series and the two have hit the over in all three games. Chris Paul returned for the Clippers in Game 2, but saw limited time. He could see increased minutes today.
According to oddsmakers at online sports book Bovada.lv, the Clippers are favored at home, as they are getting odds of -7.5 points against the Rockets. The over/under total for the game has been set at 217.5 points
The Clippers were strong in the first and third quarters of Game 3, outscoring the Rockets by 25 points in the two periods. Los Angeles shot 55 percent in the win while the Rockets were under 40 percent shooting. Blake Griffin had 22 points and 14 rebounds to lead Los Angeles while Austin Rivers had 25 points with six rebounds off the bench. James Harden had 25 points and 11 assists to lead Houston.
