The Spurs are the top seed in the Western Conference, while Portland comes in as the No. 5 seed. According to oddsmakers at BetDSI, San Antonio is the favorite to win this series, as the Spurs have odds of -390 to win, while the Blazers have been given a money line of +310 to prevail.
