Wizards vs. Hawks Game 2 Odds
ATLANTA, GA (TheSpread) – The Washington Wizards look to improve to 4-0 in playoff road games tonight when they face the Atlanta Hawks at 8PM ET in Game 2 of their series.
Washington is now 51-36 on the season, 20-24 on the road and 38-46 against the spread. Atlanta is 64-25 overall, 38-7 at home and 52-35 against the spread. The Wizards won Game 1 of the series on Sunday. Washington has now won its last two against Atlanta, but the Hawks have won three of five meetings on the season. These two have hit the over in all five meetings this season.
According to oddsmakers at online sports book GT Bets, the Hawks are favored at home in tonight’s contest, as Atlanta is getting odds of -6 points against the Wizards. The over/under total for the game has been set at 197.5 points.
Washington won Game 1 of the series, 104-98, back on Sunday. The Wizards are now 5-0 in the playoffs this season and 3-0 in playoff road games. Washington fell behind 37-26 in the first period, but then finished strong, outscoring the Wizards 51-35 in the second half. Bradley Beal had 28 points and seven rebounds to lead Washington while John Wall had 18 points with 13 assists. Atlanta was led in the loss by Al Horford, who had 17 points and 17 rebounds.
