(TheSpread) – The Eastern Conference is down to four teams, but oddsmakers see one team as the clear favorite. Here is an updated look at the odds to win the East.

View Current NBA Odds

According to oddsmakers at BetDSI, the Miami Heat are the favorites to win the East, as they have 2/7 odds. The other odds are the Indiana Pacers (5/1), the Brooklyn Nets (15/2) and the Washington Wizards (10/1).

The Heat are the three-time defending champs in the East and coming off a sweep of the Charlotte Bobcats in the opening round. Miami, the No. 2 seed, will now face the Nets in the second round.

Indiana had a rough end to the regular season, and despite being the No. 1 seed in the East, the Pacers struggled mightily to dispose of the Atlanta Hawks in the opening round, winning in seven games. Indiana faces Washington in the second round.

Brooklyn is the No. 6 seed in the East, but the Nets grinded out a seven-game-series win over the Toronto Raptors in the opening round.

The Wizards are the No. 5 seed in the East, but they were able to put on an impressive display, beating the Bulls in five games.
