Hawks vs. Cavaliers Game 2 Pick
Can the Atlanta Hawks find a way to steal a game from the Cleveland Cavaliers when the two meet up tonight at 8PM ET in Game 2 of their series.
According to oddsmakers at BetDSI, Cleveland is favored at home tonight, as the Cavaliers are getting odds of -7.5 points against the Hawks. The over/under total for the contest is currently listed at 197 points.
Cleveland is now 62-25 on the season, 36-8 at home and 40-44-3 against the spread. Atlanta is 52-37 overall, 22-23 on the road and 45-43-1 against the spread. The Cavaliers took Game 1 of the series on Monday with a 104-93 victory. Cleveland covered the spread in the process and the Cavs have covered in five straight over the Hawks.

The Hawks put up a fight in Game 1, but the Cavs seemed disinterested after a fast start. Once Atlanta threatened, Cleveland turned the switch back on and closed out the game strong. That tells me that Cleveland should be able to cruise in this series as long as they “want it.” For a game at home, it shouldn’t be too tough for the Cavs to be on top of their game. They shook off any rust from a long layoff in Game 1. Look for them to pick up another double-digit win tonight.
