Cavs vs. Celtics Game 3 Odds
BOSTON, MA (TheSpread) – The Cleveland Cavaliers hit the road tonight for Game 3 of their series with the Boston Celtics, which takes place at 7PM ET.
Boston is 40-44 on the season, 21-20 at home and 50-33 against the spread. Cleveland comes into this game at 55-29 overall, 22-19 on the road and 40-44 against the spread. The Cavs are coming off a 99-91 win over Boston on Tuesday to take a 2-0 lead. Cleveland has now won four of its six meetings with the Celtics this season, but Boston has covered in four of those six games. These two have hit the under in four of their last five meetings.
According to the latest oddsmakers, the Cavaliers are favored on the road, as they are getting odds of -4 points against the Celtics. The over/under total for the game has been set at 203.5 points.
Cleveland had somewhat of a tough time with Boston in Game 2, winning by just eight points. The Cavs committed 18 turnovers in the game, which allowed Boston to overcome some poor shooting. The Celtics were just 33 of 85 from the field and 6 of 22 from 3-point land. In the end, LeBron James led Cleveland to the win. He had 30 points with nine rebounds and seven assists. Kyrie Irving added 26 points and six assists. Boston was once again led by Isaiah Thomas off the bench, as he had 22 points with seven assists.
