Bucks vs. Heat Series Odds


(TheSpread) – The Miami Heat are looking to start their run to another title on Sunday when they meet the Milwaukee Bucks in the first round of the NBA Playoffs.

This series is part of the Eastern Conference playoffs with the Heat as the No. 1 seed and the Bucks as the No. 8 seed (View Matchup). According to oddsmakers at Bovada.lv, the Heat are the overwhelming favorite to win, as they have odds of -6000, while the Bucks have been given a money line of +4000 to win this series. Game 1 will be played on Sunday evening at 7PM ET from Miami.

Miami had the best record in the NBA this season, going 66-16 overall. The Heat were also 37-4 at home and 29-12 on the road. Milwaukee was just 38-44 overall on the year, going 21-20 at home and 17-24 on the road. These two teams met four times during the season, with Miami winning three of the four meetings. However, the Bucks did get a win and had one of their losses come in overtime. The Bucks have actually split their last eight meetings with the Heat, picking up two wins at home and two wins on the road.
