NBA Finals Updated Odds
LAS VEGAS, NV (TheSpread) – The 2015 NBA Playoffs are set to begin this weekend and we have an updated look at the odds to win the NBA Finals this season.
According to oddsmakers at Bovada.lv, the Golden State Warriors and Cleveland Cavaliers are currently co-favorites, as each has 11/5 odds. The other short odds to win are the San Antonio Spurs (4/1) while the Atlanta Hawks and Chicago Bulls each have 15/1 odds.
The Warriors have home-court throughout the playoffs after going 67-15 on the season. They were an impressive 39-2 at home and 28-13 on the road. The Warriors have won three NBA titles, last doing so in 1975.
Cleveland is the second seed in the East. It went 53-29 on the season with a 31-10 home record and 22-19 road record. Cleveland has never won the NBA Championship.
The Spurs are the sixth seed in the West and the defending champs. San Antonio went 55-27 on the season with a 33-8 home record and 22-19 road record. San Antonio has won five NBA titles.
Atlanta is the top seed in the East, but dealing with some key injuries for the playoffs. The Hawks are 60-22 on the season, 35-6 at home and 25-16 on the road. The Hawks are looking to win their second NBA title. Their lone title was in 1958.
Chicago is the third seed in the East. The Bulls were 50-32 overall this season while going 27-14 at home and 22-19 on the road. Chicago has won the NBA title six times, last doing so in 1998.
