The featured game on the day has the Miami Heat hosting the New York Knicks at 8PM ET (View Matchup). According to oddsmakers at Bovada.lv, the Heat are favored to win this game, as they have odds of -8 points against the Knicks. The over/under total for this contest has been set at 196.5 points. Miami is 58-15 overall, 32-3 at home and 39-34 against the spread. New York is 46-26 overall, 19-16 on the road and 38-32-2 against the spread. New York has won two of its three meetings with Miami this year, but the Heat have covered the spread in seven of their last 10 against the Knicks.

The other featured game on the day has the Los Angeles Lakers hosting the Dallas Mavericks at 10:30PM ET (View Matchup). According to oddsmakers, the Lakers are favored at home, as they have odds of -3.5 points against the Mavericks. The over/under total for the contest has been set at 207 points. Los Angeles is 38-36 overall, 23-12 at home and 30-43-1 against the spread while Dallas is 36-37 overall, 14-22 on the road and 42-31 against the spread. Los Angeles has won six of its last seven against the Mavericks and they have covered the spread in five of the six wins.
