Our NBA Live Odds page pulls spreads and totals from multiple different online sportsbooks so you can compare betting odds to ensure you’re getting the best line.
Public Betting Trends
According to oddsmakers from online sportsbook BetNow.eu, the Nuggets are 7.5-point favorites to beat the Pistons. The total, meanwhile, sits at 210.5 points and as of this writing, 68% of the public betting tickets wagered at online sportsbooks are on the Nuggets to cover the point spread.
Detroit Pistons Fantasy Spin
Blake Griffin posted 24 points, eight assists and six rebounds in a losing effort on Sunday, making 6-of-14 FGs and 9-of-10 FTs with three 3-pointers. He failed to collect any steals or blocks tonight, but also committed just one turnover in 33 minutes of action. Griffin did appear to tweak an ankle late in the game, but it didn’t seem serious and went unremarked upon in the telecast. We’ll leave him off the injury report.
Denver Nuggets Fantasy Spin
Nikola Jokic finished Sunday’s ugly loss with 19 points, 11 rebounds, eight assists and four blocks, making 8-of-16 shots in 30 minutes. Jokic also had one steal and one 3-pointer with just one turnover, but the Nuggets’ defense was their undoing tonight — they were blitzed for 124 points on 56.0% shooting in a blowout loss. Jokic has missed one game all season and could be at risk if Denver prioritizes rest over the No. 1 seed, as coach Mike Malone suggested before this game, but for now that’s theoretical. Just keep your top-12 fantasy stud active and hope he avoids any dreaded DNPs.

The Pistons have been highly profitable at the betting window of late but oddsmakers continue to make Detroit sizable underdogs. The Pistons are 4-1-1 against the spread in their last six games overall and have cashed in four of their last five games following a loss. They’re also 4-1 against the number in their last five games versus the Nuggets while the underdog is a perfect 4-0 against the spread in the previous four meetings between these two teams.
