Jazz vs. Wizards NBA Prediction
The Western Conference-leading Jazz will take on the Wizards on Thursday night at 7:00 p.m. ET. Even though Washington is 7-14 at home this season, are the Wizards still a good play as a 10-point home dog?

Utah Jazz DFS Notes
Rudy Gobert shot 5-of-6 from the field and 6-of-7 from the foul line in Tuesday’s win over the Celtics, posting a line of 16 points, 12 rebounds, one assist and four blocked shots in 33 minutes. The double-double and the rejections aren’t surprises when it comes to Gobert. What is a surprise is the 6-of-7 night from the foul line, as he shot no better than 66.7% in any of the four games prior. Fantasy managers are well-aware that, with Gobert on their roster, they’ll be punting free throws. But he has shown himself capable of having nights like this every so often. In spite of the free throw woes, Gobert is still a top-50 player in both 8- and 9-cat formats.
Washington Wizards DFS Notes
Bradley Beal shot 12-of-20 from the field and 5-of-6 from the line on Wednesday, scoring 29 points with six rebounds, five assists and four turnovers in 36 minutes. This was the first half of a back-to-back set for the Wizards, but for now there’s no suggestion that Beal’s status for Thursday’s game is in jeopardy. Washington’s playoff chances might be, though, as they’ve gone 0-5 since the All-Star break including four home losses. Their 14-25 record leaves them 3.0 games out of the playoff race in the Eastern Conference, with games looming vs. the Jazz (Thursday) and Nets (Sunday).
Jazz vs. Wizards Game Prediction
The Jazz are 7-1-1 against the spread in their last nine games against the Wizards and have covered in four straight meetings in Washington. They’re also 22-7 against the number in their last 29 games as a favorite and have covered in 23 of their last 31 games overall. On the other side, the Wizards are just 1-4 in their last five games overall and are 1-4 at the betting window in their last five games after scoring 100 points or more in their previous game.
