Line jumps fence in Bulls vs. OKC
CHICAGO, IL (The Spread) – The Bulls opened as underdogs tonight versus the Thunder but are now a favorite to win when the two teams tip off at 8:00PM ET.
According to oddsmakers from online sports book Bovada.lv, the Bulls are 1-point home favorites over the Thunder for tonight’s game while the total is sitting at 199.5 points. While the total hasn’t seen any movement, the spread has gone from Chicago +4 to Oklahoma City +1.
Despite what the line movement suggests, the Thunder has dominated at the betting window in this series. OKC is 4-1 against the spread in its last five games versus Chicago and 4-1 ATS in its last five road games versus the Bulls, who are just 1-7 against the spread in their last eight games following an ATS win. But one thing bettors should be aware of is that Kevin Durant will miss tonight’s game as he continues to battle a foot injury. Durant is confident that he’ll return to the Thunder before the end of the regular season.
The under, meanwhile, is 4-0 in the last four meetings between these two teams when the game is in Chicago and 5-1 in the last six meetings overall. The under is also 4-1 in the Bulls’ last five home games and 6-1 in the Thunder’s last seven games versus Central opponents.
