The Nets are averaging 110.6 points per game on offense while shooting 44.4 percent from the field. Defensively, Brooklyn also gives up 110.6 points per game while opponents shoot 44.1 percent from the floor. Kyrie Irving recently was put on the shelf for the rest of the season. Spencer Dinwiddie is leading the team with 20.8 points and 6.7 assists per game. Caris LeVert is adding 15.7 points per contest.
Wizards drop another
Washington was competitive on Monday in a 137-134 OT loss at home to Milwaukee. Despite covering against the Bucks, the Wizards have lost three straight. Washington is now 20-36 on the season, 13-15 at home, 28-27-1 against the spread and 33-22-1 with the over.

Offensively, Washington puts up 115.8 points per game while shooting 46.3 percent from the field. The Wizards could be without Davis Bertans tonight due to a knee injury. He is questionable to play. NBA Betting Trends
Brooklyn
The Nets are 7-1 against the spread in their last eight games on 1 day of rest and 5-0 ATS in their last five following a loss.
Washington
The Wizards are 9-4 against the spread in their last 13 home games and 6-2 ATS in their last eight games as a home underdog.
Prediction:
Washington just picked up a 113-107 win over the Nets at home back on Feb. 1. The Nets have actually not played too poorly without Irving, as they have covered in six of their last eight overall. Washington had a nice showing against the Bucks, but they suffered losses to the Bulls and Cavs prior to that. Washington has the ability to score in bunches, so a hot shooting night can lead to anything, but their defense is what is most consistent and that is not a positive thing. While Bradley Beal is great, he’s not great enough to overcome Washington’s lack of getting stops. Brooklyn has the young athletes to score, while doing enough to get stops to cover this spread.
NBA Prediction: Brooklyn Nets -1.5
