(TheSpread) – The NBA Schedule for Saturday features a total of eight games. Here is a breakdown of today’s NBA action.

Today’s NBA schedule lacks much star power as none of the eight games feature two winning teams. The game with the most interest features a pair of surging teams as the Charlotte Bobcats host the Memphis Grizzlies at 7PM ET. According to oddsmakers at, Memphis is favored on the road, as they have odds of -1.5 points against the Bobcats. The over/under total has been set at 180 points. The Bobcats have won three straight and are 5-1-1 against the spread in their last seven while Memphis has won its last four but just 3-6 against the spread in their last nine. Saturday marks the first meeting this season between the two.

The biggest mismatch of the day has the struggling Milwaukee Bucks hosting the Indiana Pacers at 8:30PM ET. Oddsmakers have listed the Pacers as a 10.5-point favorite on the road against the Bucks. Milwaukee has lost eight of its last 10 games while the Pacers have dropped two of their last three and are just 1-4-1 against the spread in their last six. Indiana won 104-77 at home in its first meeting with the Bucks this season.

Another featured game has the Detroit Pistons hosting the Dallas Mavericks at 7:30PM ET, with Detroit looking to build a winning streak. Detroit is listed as a 3.5-point underdog against the Mavericks at home. The Pistons snapped a three-game losing streak on Friday night. Dallas comes in having won seven of its last nine, but is just 1-3 ATS in its last four. Dallas picked up a 116-106 win at home over Detroit on Jan. 26, covering a 6.5-point spread.
