Cavaliers favored in the Central
LAS VEGAS, NV (TheSpread) – The Chicago Bulls are the current leaders of the NBA’s Central Division. Will that still be the case at the end of the season?
According to oddsmakers at Bovada.lv, the Cleveland Cavaliers are actually favored to win the Central, as they have odds of -150 to do so. The Bulls have odds of +130 to win the division, while the Bucks have been given a money line of +2800 to win the division.
Chicago is 34-20 on the season and currently holding a 1.5-game lead on the Bulls in the division. Chicago has a 5-3 record in the division and is coming off a four-game win streak entering the All-Star break.
The Cavaliers are 33-22 on the season and just behind the Bulls. After a major offseason with a lot of roster transition, the Cavs seemed to have found their groove and they are playing well after a slow start. Cleveland is 5-4 in division play.
Milwaukee is having a strong season at 30-23 thus far. The Bucks are just 3.5 games behind the Bulls for first and they are currently 5-5 in division play.
