Cavs looking for 12 straight tonight
CLEVELAND, OH (TheSpread) – The Cleveland Cavaliers look to continue their winning ways tonight when they face the tough challenge of hosting the Los Angeles Clippers at 8PM ET.
Cleveland is 30-20 on the season, 18-9 at home and 22-28 against the spread. Los Angeles is 33-16 on the year, 13-9 on the road and 20-29 against the spread. Cleveland has won four of its last six against the Clippers and the Cavs are 7-2 against the spread in the last nine of this series. These two have met once this season, with Cleveland getting a 126-121 road win.
According to oddsmakers at BetDSI, the Cavaliers are favored at home, as they are getting odds of -4.5 points against the Clippers. The over/under total for the game has been set at 207 points.
Cleveland has won 11 straight games entering tonight’s contest and the Cavs are 8-2 against the spread in their last 10 games while hitting the under in six straight. The Clippers are in the midst of a lengthy road trip, going 2-2 thus far and just 1-3 against the spread. Los Angeles has hit the under in five of its last six games.
