NBA Betting Trends
Los Angeles
The Clippers are 7-2 against the spread in their last nine road games and 2-5 ATS in their last seven games following a loss.
Detroit
The Pistons are 12-5-1 against the spread in their last 18 games against Pacific Division opponents, but just 2-5 ATS in their last seven home games.
Prediction:
The Pistons picked up a 109-104 win over the Clippers in Los Angeles last month as Blake Griffin went off in his former home. While Griffin should be inspired to play well again today, it won’t have the same impact being in Detroit. That impact could actually go to former Pistons Tobias Harris and Avery Bradley. Detroit also seems to be off chemistry-wise. While the Pistons beat the Mavs, it was a Dallas team that was completely depleted and it took all Detroit had to find a way to win.
NBA Prediction: Los Angeles Clippers +1.5
