With both teams playing on zero rest, who will cover tonight when the Mavericks host the Cavaliers at 8:30PM ET?
According to oddsmakers from online sports book BetDSI, the Mavericks are 4.5-point home underdogs versus the Cavs after opening as a 4.5-point dog. Dallas enters play with a 17-30 record overall and is 10-12 at home, while Cleveland is 32-14 overall and just 11-9 on the road.
After going through some mini turmoil a week ago, the Cavs have now won back-to-back games following three consecutive losses. In their 107-91 victory over the Thunder on Sunday, LeBron James scored 25 points, added 14 rebounds, dished out eight assists and one steal over 37 minutes of play. He became the first Cavs player to reach 20,000 career points and also now leads the franchise in minutes played at 28,880.
The Mavericks pulled off one of the better upsets on Sunday, beating the Spurs 105-101 as a 12-point underdog in San Antonio. Seth Curry racked up a career-high 24 points, adding 10 rebounds, five assists, four 3-pointers and one steal over 37 minutes. Dirk Nowitzki added 15 points in 28 minutes while Wesley Matthews finished the come-from-behind victory with 17 points and seven boards.
