Jazz vs. Nuggets Prediction
Will the Jazz cover the spread as a small road underdog when they visit the Nuggets at 9:00PM ET?
According to oddsmakers from online sports book Bovada.lv, the Nuggets are 2.5-point home favorites versus the Jazz after opening as a 2.5-point underdog. The total, meanwhile, sits at 210.5 points after the number hit the board at 212.
The Jazz fell 97-95 to the Thunder on Monday night, failing to cover the point spread as a 5-point favorite. Alec Burks scored 13 points for the second straight game, shooting 4-of-7 from the field and 5-of-6 from the line with two rebounds and two assists in a season-high 25 minutes. Gordon Hayward also added 17 points in the loss, which was Utah’s first in its last seven games.
Even though the Nuggets fell 111-108 at Minnesota on Sunday, that was just the team’s second loss in its last six games. Emmanuel Mudiay is doubtful to play tonight after exciting Saturday’s game and then was held out of Sunday’s contest as well. That said, Gary Harris (ankle) and Darrell Arthur (knee) are both probable to play tonight.
