Thursday's NBA Odds


(TheSpread) – The NBA Schedule for Thursday features just two games. Here is a look at the odds for both games on the schedule.

The featured game of the day has the Portland Trail Blazers hosting the Denver Nuggets at 10:30PM ET (View Matchup). According to oddsmakers at, the Blazers are favored at home, as they have odds of -7.5 points against the Nuggets. The over/under total for the game has been set at 220.5 points. Denver is 20-20 on the season, 9-11 on the road and 18-22 against the spread. Portland is 31-11 overall, 16-4 at home and 24-18 against the spread. Denver has won three of the last four in this series, but Portland is 4-0-1 against the spread in its last five against the Nuggets.

The other featured game on the day has the Miami Heat hosting the Los Angeles Lakers at 8PM ET (View Matchup). According to oddsmakers, the Heat are favored at home, as they have odds of -12 points against the Lakers. The over/under total for the contest has been set at 211 points. Los Angeles is 16-26 on the season, 8-15 on the road and 23-18-1 against the spread. Miami is 30-12 overall, 17-3 at home and 18-24 against the spread. Miami has won seven of its last eight against the Lakers and covered in eight of its last 10 meetings with Los Angeles.
