NBA Betting Trends
Chicago
The Bulls are 0-4-1 against the spread in their last five games as an underdog and 0-4-1 ATS in their last five games following a loss.
Detroit
The Pistons are just 3-10 against the spread in their last 13 games overall and 2-7 ATS in their last nine games following a loss.
Prediction:
The Bulls have had Detroit’s number this year, winning all three meetings while covering the spread in all three as well. The Pistons are banged-up and haven’t shown a lot of consistency this year. It’s hard to trust Detroit as a favorite right now given their lack of scoring. Drummond is the most impactful player in tonight’s game, but his motivation is always questionable. Chicago has done a good job of defending the Pistons while seeing a boost in production against the Pistons sluggish D. I think that will happen again tonight.
