On Tuesday, the International Court of Appeal, motorsport's dispute-resolution tribunal, rejected Red Bull's appeal of Daniel Ricciardo's disqualification in Australia. Ricciardo, second in the March 16 race, was disqualified for violating new rules on fuel usage. ... Hermann Tilke and Peter Wahl designed the track. The course is shaped like the Chinese character ``shang,'' which stands for ``high'' or ``above.''
