MARTINSVILLE, Va. (AP) - Officials with the Stephen Siller Tunnel to Towers Foundation say actor Gary Sinise has postponed a benefit concert by his Lt. Dan Band in Martinsville after being involved in a car accident as a passenger.
Sinise was scheduled to perform in the concert at Martinsville High School on Saturday night. The concert is a fundraiser for Cpl. J.B. Kerns, a triple-amputee, and will be held at a date to be determined, the organizers say.
John Hodge, spokesman for the foundation, says Sinise was not seriously injured in the accident.
