CHARLOTTE, N.C. (AP) - NASCAR team owner Chip Ganassi has faced plenty of detractors as his organization failed to deliver the past few years.
He silenced them with a banner 2010, when all six Ganassi drivers reached Victory Lane. The team-high 19 victories spanned three racing series, included IndyCar and Grand-Am titles, and wins in the Daytona 500 and Indianapolis 500.
Now everyone wants to know what Ganassi plans to do for an encore.
Such expectations are satisfying for a team that was accustomed to being questioned about its stability and inability to win races.
