Busch wins Phoenix Pole

AVONDALE, AZ (TheSpread) – Kyle Busch won the pole for the AdvoCare 500 on Friday and he will start up front for Sunday’s NASCAR Sprint Cup Series race.

According to oddsmakers at Bovada.lv, Jimmie Johnson and Denny Hamlin are now favored to win this race, as each has 4/1 odds. Busch now has 9/2 odds to win.

Johnson has five wins this year and is in the lead in the point standings by 7 over Brad Keselowski. Johnson also has a series-best 18 top 5’s and 24 top 10’s this year. Johnson qualified 24th for this race.
