JOLIET, IL (TheSpread) – Jimmie Johnson was already favored to win the 2012 GEICO 400 on Sunday. His odds are even better now after he won the pole on Saturday.

According to oddsmakers, Johnson is now a 7/2 favorite to win this race. Other short odds to win are Denny Hamlin and Jeff Gordon, who each have 7/1 odds.
