This is just the second time this event has occurred. According to oddsmakers at Bovada.lv, Sam Hornish Jr. is favored to win the race, as he has 8/5 odds while Alex Tagliani has 12/5 odds and Chase Elliott has 13/2 odds.

Hornish finished third in this race last year. He has competed in six Nationwide events hits year, winning one of them with four top 5s. His average finish on the year is 10.0.

Tagliani is considered a road-course specialist. He has competed in just one other Nationwide event this year, finishing second after starting on the pole.

Elliott has is the current Nationwide points leader. He has competed in all 21 Nationwide races this year, winning three of them with eight top 5s. His average finish on the year is 9.0.
