For this contest, Jimmie Johnson is favored to win the event.

Johnson has been given 4/1 odds to win the race according to odds makers at the online sports book SPORTSBETTING.com. Other short odds to win are Kyle Busch (7/1), Denny Hamlin (9/1), Kurt Busch (9/1), and Jeff Gordon (9/1).

Johnson won this event from 2003-05. He also finished second in 2006, but has not finished inside of 10th the last three years. He is winless this year but has five top 5’s.
