 OAKLAND, Calif. (AP) -Travis Buck left the Athletics' game against the Kansas City Royals on Friday night in the sixth inning with an apparent left leg injury.
Buck was running out a double when he felt something in his leg. After a visit from team trainer Larry Davis and manager Bob Geren, he was removed for pinch runner Jeff DaVanon, making his Oakland debut.
Buck is hitting .288 with a team-leading 22 doubles.
