WASHINGTON (AP) -Los Angeles Dodgers reliever Yhency Brazoban left Thursday night’s game against the Washington Nationals with an undisclosed injury.
Brazoban pitched to three batters in the fifth inning without recording an out. He committed a throwing error while attempting to put out Austin Kearns at first base, intentionally walked Ryan Church and surrendered a bases loaded single to Brian Schneider.
After Schneider’s hit, manager Grady Little and trainer Stan Johnston came out to the mound and removed Brazoban (0-0, 16.20 ERA). Brazoban was charged with one unearned run.
