BALTIMORE (AP) -New York Yankees third baseman Alex Rodriguez left Sunday’s game against the Baltimore Orioles with a leg injury.
Rodriguez appeared to hurt his right hamstring while running out a grounder in the sixth inning. The runner at first base was forced out at second, and Rodriguez stayed in the game for one more pitch before leaving.
Rodriguez started the day as one of only two AL players to start every game, along with Josh Hamilton of Texas.
Earlier in the game, Rodriguez doubled in a run and scored one.
