ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. (AP) - Oakland Athletics left-hander Brett Anderson has left his start after one inning because of a sprained right ankle
Anderson was lifted after giving up four runs and four hits in Friday night's game against Tampa Bay. He walked two and struck out one during the 36-pitch inning.
Evan Scribner replaced Anderson in the bottom of second.
