CLEARWATER, Fla. (AP) - Dom Brown says relaxing and having fun are reasons why he's been showing the potential that once made him an untouchable prospect on the Philadelphia Phillies.
The talented outfielder is having a fantastic spring training, almost assuring himself of a starting spot in either left field or right field when the season opens. The Phillies have been waiting on Brown to develop for a couple years.
Brown had struggled in three previous stints in the majors, but has seemingly put things together.
The left-handed hitter entered Sunday's game with a .365 average, four homers and eight RBIs.
