Tampa rallied against the Phillies’ bullpen. After right-hander Nefi Ogando issued a bases-loaded walk to tie it in the seventh, Giovanny Alfonzo followed by hitting a grand slam.
It was sunny with temperatures in the mid-70s at Bright House Field. It was in the 20s with snow and freezing rain in Philadelphia.
