 JUPITER, Fla. (AP) - First baseman Casey Kotchman has signed a minor-league contract with the Miami Marlins and is expected to join their major-league camp Saturday.
Kotchman hit .229 in 142 games last year for Cleveland. He had 12 homers and 55 RBIs.
The left-handed batter is a career .262 hitter in nine major-league seasons.
