Game 2 of the World Series features the Boston Red Sox hosting the St. Louis Cardinals at 8PM ET with a 1-0 lead in the series (View Matchup). The Red Sox are sending Clay Buchholz to the mound to face Michael Wacha of the Cardinals. According to oddsmakers at, the Red Sox are  the slight favorite at home, as they have odds of -107 to win, while the Cardinals have been given a money line of -103 to prevail. The over/under total for the game has been set at 7 runs.

Boston took Game 1 on Wednesday night with a dominant 8-1 victory. The Red Sox never trailed, as they scored three runs in the first inning and added another two runs in the second. David Ortiz and Mike Napoli each drove in three runs for Boston while Jon Lester threw 7.2 innings, allowing five hits and no runs with eight strikeouts. Adam Wainwright was rocked for five runs over five innings for St. Louis. Matt Holliday drove in the lone run for the Cardinals on a solo home run in the ninth.
