Game 2 features the San Francisco Giants hosting the St. Louis Cardinals on Sunday at 8:05PM ET (View Matchup). The Giants will have Ryan Vogelsong on the mound to face Chris Carpenter of the Cardinals. According to oddsmakers at, the Giants are a slight favorite to win Game 2, as they have odds of -110, while the Cardinals have a money line of +100 to win. The over/under for the game has been set at 6.5 runs. The Giants are 97-71 overall and 48-36 at home this year while the Cardinals are 93-76 overall and 42-44 on the road. The Giants beat the Cardinals 15-0 in the one game Vogelsong started this year, while Carpenter has yet to face the Giants this season.

When it comes to the series prices, the updated odds are not available, but the Cardinals hold a 1-0 lead in the series following a 6-4 win in Game 1 on the road. The Cardinals actually took a 6-0 lead in the contest following a 4-run fourth inning, but the Giants rallied for four runs in the fourth themselves. The key to the win for St. Louis was the bullpen, which pitched 5.1 innings of scoreless work, allowing just two hits in the process.
