The Cardinals are 89-74 overall this year and 50-31 at home while the Nationals are 98-64 overall and 48-33 on the road. The Nationals have won 4 of the 7 meetings this season with St. Louis. The Cardinals were 1-1 against Washington with Wainwright on the mound while the Nationals were 1-0 against the Cardinals with Gonzalez on the mound.
