Due to this being the final day of the season, the majority of games lack odds because teams may have different motivations for who plays and how much effort they put into the game.

In the American League, the featured game is a battle for the AL West title as the Oakland Athletics host the Texas Rangers at 3:35PM ET (View Matchup). The Rangers have Ryan Dempster on the mound to face A.J. Griffin of the A’s. The winner of this contest will be the AL West champion, as both teams are tied coming into the contest. According to oddsmakers at Bovada.lv, the odds have not yet been listed for this game. They will be released closer to the time of the first pitch. Both teams are 93-68 overall. Texas is 43-37 on the road while the A’s are 49-31 at home. Oakland has won four of its last five against the Rangers.

The featured game in the National League has the St. Louis Cardinals hosting the Cincinnati Reds at 8:15PM ET (View Matchup). The Cardinals secured the final Wild Card spot in the National League last night thanks to a Dodgers’ loss. The Cardinals have Adam Wainwright taking the mound to face Homer Bailey of the Reds.
