According to oddsmakers, the Cardinals have odds of -125 to win, while the Nationals have a money line of +115 to win. The over/under total has been set at 8 runs. Washington is 96-62 overall and 48-32 on the road while St. Louis is 85-73 overall and 47-30 at home. Washington has won six of its last eight against St. Louis.
