Nationals vs. Braves Prediction
After racking up 10 runs in a victory on Saturday night in Atlanta, will the Nationals pull off another upset on Sunday when the NL East rivals square off again at 1:10 p.m. ET?

Victor Robles finished 3-for-5 with an RBI, a stolen base, and two runs scored Saturday in the Nationals’ 10-4 rout of the Braves. Robles has picked it up offensively since getting back-to-back days of mental and physical rest, and there is hopefully more multi-category fantasy production in store for the stretch run. The 23-year-old has just two homers and two steals in 34 games this season, after recording 17 homers and 28 steals for the World Series champs in 2019.
Atlanta Braves DFS Spin
Ronald Acuna belted his ninth home run of the year in the Braves’ loss to the Nationals on Saturday. It was a first-inning solo shot off Nationals starter Erick Fedde. Acuna also drew two walks in the game, finishing 1-for-3 with one RBI and one run scored. He seems to have put the wrist issue — and the most recent hamstring issue — behind him and should be food for elite five-category fantasy production the rest of the way.
Nationals vs. Braves Betting Prediction
With the way these two teams have swung the bats in this series, I’m riding the offenses and taking the over today. The two clubs combined for 14 runs last night and 19 runs in Game 2 of their double header on Friday night. The only low-scoring game was in Game 1 of Friday’s double header and the Braves still found a way to score seven in a 7-1 victory. Patrick Corbin owns a 3.79 ERA but his Statcast numbers are trending poor when it comes to his exit velo, hard-hit rate and strikeout rate. The same can be said about Atlanta starter Josh Tomlin, who is 1-2 with a 4.37 ERA, although he does have 24 strikeouts in 22 2/3 innings this season so he will miss bats. The over is 5-0-1 in the last six meetings between these two teams in Atlanta and is 4-0-1 in the last five meetings overall.
