The featured game of the day has the Boston Red Sox hosting the Detroit Tigers at 1:30PM ET (View Matchup). The Red Sox have John Lackey on the mound to face Doug Fister of the Tigers. According to oddsmakers at, the Red Sox are favored to win this game, as they have odds of -130 to prevail, while the Tigers have a money line of +120 to win. Oakland is 78-58 overall and 42-25 at home while Texas is 79-57 overall and 40-28 on the road. Texas has won four of its last five against Oakland and the two teams have hit the under in three of their last four meetings.
