Cleveland Indians Fantasy Spin
Jose Ramirez finished 3-for-4 with a solo homer Friday against the Yankees. Ramirez is now up to 20 homers on the year, 15 of which have come in the span of his last 38 games. The 26-year-old was hovering around the .200 mark as recently as mid-June, but he’s now batting .253 on the year to go along with a .789 OPS. Those who were patient with in fantasy leagues have been rewarded in a big way.
New York Yankees Fantasy Spin
Aaron Judge showed some signs of life Friday by going 2-for-3 with a walk and two runs scored. Judge singled in the first inning and came around to score before doubling in the fifth inning and being brought home thanks to an error by Yasiel Puig in right field. Hopefully a night like this will get Judge’s confidence going. He had just three hits in his last 31 at-bats coming into Friday’s action.
