Prediction:
We don’t know what will come from the opener in this doubleheader, but I anticipate the Mets having a lot of arms to work with for the second game. I don’t anticipate the same for Miami, which could be a problem. Dugger is a rookie that is making his MLB debut. That usually doesn’t lead to a long outing. Lockett has struggled so far this year, but I think New York can give him a quick hook. Miami’s lineup can only do so much damage.
MLB Prediction: New York Mets -170
