MLB Betting Trends
San Diego
The Padres are 1-4 in the last five Paddack road starts. San Diego is 0-6 in its last six games versus the NL East.
Miami
The Marlins are 3-8 in their last 11 games overall. Miami is 7-21 in the last 28 Richards starts.
Prediction:
Paddack has had a fantastic rookie season for San Diego, offsetting a few duds with a number of great performances on the mound. While the Padres are doing well in limiting his pitch counts and innings pitched, he’s typically efficient enough to give innings in an outing. He should do well giving Miami a much different look than what it saw yesterday. Siding heavily with the Padres here as they should get to Richards enough to support Paddack and the bullpen.
