MLB Betting Trends
Detroit
The Tigers are just 30-62 in their last 92 road games and 3-13 in their last 16 division games.
Cleveland
The Indians are 9-2 in their last 11 games against a left-handed starter and 12-3 in their last 15 division games.
Prediction:
The Tigers are a mess this season and Norris isn’t really putting them in position to do much better. He has given up six runs in two of his last three starts, including at Cleveland on June 23. Plutko hasn’t been one of Cleveland’s better arms, but he faces an awful Detroit lineup. Plutko doesn’t need his best to get past these hitters and the Tribe have a much better bullpen than the Tigers. There are a lot of ways the Tribe can get the win today.
